SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Version 1.0 Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Copyright (c) 2026 AeroPoint Automation LLC. All rights reserved.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE.

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and AeroPoint Automation LLC ("Licensor").

This software is licensed, not sold. By installing, copying, or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE#

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software solely for the Licensee's own internal business purposes.

The software may be installed only on the number of computers or users covered by the license(s) purchased. The Licensee may transfer an installation between computers owned or controlled by the same organization, provided the software is removed from the previous computer and the total number of active installations does not exceed the number of licenses purchased.

No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.

2. OWNERSHIP#

The software, including all source code, executable code, user interface, documentation, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of AeroPoint Automation LLC.

This Agreement grants only the right to use the software under the terms described herein. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to the Licensee.

3. RESTRICTIONS#

Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, the Licensee may NOT:

• Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the software to any third party.

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or internal operation of the software.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or license information.

• Use the software to provide hosted, managed, SaaS, bureau, or commercial processing services for third parties without prior written permission from the Licensor.

4. DATA AND GENERATED OUTPUT#

This software processes assessment data regarding identifiable individuals.

The software operates entirely on the Licensee's own computer. Assessment data is read only from folders selected by the Licensee and written back to locations chosen by the Licensee.

No assessment data is transmitted externally except:

(a) an optional update check, which transmits no assessment data; and

(b) a bug report that the Licensee voluntarily composes and sends, with an

optional diagnostic log attached only if explicitly selected after the
exact contents are displayed.

The Licensee remains solely responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, confidentiality, and data protection laws governing the information processed by the software.

The Licensee retains ownership of all input data and all reports, documents, and other outputs generated using the software.

5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESULTS#

The software is intended to assist with extracting, organizing, and formatting assessment information.

Extraction from third-party assessment documents is performed on a best-effort basis and may not always be accurate.

The Licensee is solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all generated reports, calculations, interpretations, and exported documents before relying upon them or distributing them to any person or organization.

6. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS#

This software includes third-party open-source software distributed under their own license terms, including but not limited to:
